Ukraine: Osnova Concern reports production growth

During the six months 2005, the enterprises belonging to Osnova Concern churned out 17.4 thousand tons of newspaper, 64.6 thousand tons of containerboard, 57.8 thousand tons of fluting, 6.8 thousand tons of boxboard. During January–June 2005, Zhidachev Mill and Izmail Mill manufactured 71.6 thousand sq. m. of cardboard industrial packaging including 43.6 thousand sq.m. of corrugated boxes. Zhidachev Pulp and Paper Mill increased pulping output by 4% to 19.7 thousand tons, wood-pulp output by 3% to 15.2 thousand tons.
