St. Petersburg Cardboard and Printing Factory belonging to Ilim Pulp timber corporation produced 133.1 thousand tons of cardboard during the seven months 2005, which constituted a slight upturn of 1.3% compared with the same period a year ago.
The factory churned out 18.9 thousand tons of uncoated board in reels (0.3 thousand tons or 1.5% less compared with 2004), 46.7 thousand tons of coated board in reels (1.1 thousand tons or 2.3% less), 56 thousand tons of linerboard (3.2 thousand tons or 6% more), 4,8 thousand tons of match box board (-25% or 1.6 thousand tons), 6.6 thousand tons of liner (+28.7% or 1.5 thousand tons).
The total output of printed products amounted to 15.4 thousand tons (+3.8%), the press-service of Ilim Pulp reports. During 7 months 2005, the factory manufactured 50.5 million of disposable plates (+10.4%). The production of document cases and binders remained at the same level (3.2 million items).
