In October, Mondi Business Paper Syktyvkar sold 6% more cardboard than planned and 16% more than a year ago, the company’s press-service informs. During the 10 months, the mill sold 1% more cardboard compared with the current plan and 6% more than in January–October 2004.
Sales in Russia and CIS countries showed an increase of 16% versus January–October 2004 and 7.2% versus the plan.
Boardmaking machine of Mondi Business Paper Syktyvkar (PM #21) produces Komipack board for diary packaging, Komiwhite top-liner and Komimottled liner, Komibrown kraft liner, Komiwhite and Komimottled being the mill’s strategic products. PM #21 churns out more than 200 thousand tons of products annually (one-third goes for export, the rest to Russia and CIS markets).
