According to the preliminary data of Ukrpapir, Ukrainian enterprises of pulp and paper industry churned out products for more than UAH 2 billion (app. $400 million) in 2005. Total output of paper and paperboard increased 7% to 760 thousand tons compared with the year before. Mills produced 163.3 thousand tons of paper, 560.2 thousand tons of board, 186.9 million sq. m. of corrugated board.
