In March 2006, Mondi Business Paper Syktyvkar manufactured 68.9 thousand tons of paper and cardboard products, which constituted an upturn of 2% compared with the approved plan and 3% compared with the same period a year ago, the company’s press-service informs. The pulping output increased 6% versus March 2005 to 48.9 thousand tons.
Since the beginning 2006 the mill manufactured 201 thousand tons of products (+3% to the plan and +4% compared with 2005). The approved plan for 2006 is 777 thousand tons of paper and cardboard products.
Mondi Business Paper Syktyvkar is a part of Mondi Group specializing at office and offset papers, manufacturing newspaper, top liner and kraft liner. The mill occupies more that 40% of office and offset papers in Russia and CIS countries.
