In July, Baikal Pulp and Paper Mill (Irkutsk region) increased the output of bleached pulp to 10.7 thousand tons, which constituted an upturn of 25.4% compared with the same period a year ago, www.lesprom.ru informs. Selegninsky Cardboard Mill (Buryatia Republik) churned out 2.4% more corrugated products (3921 thousand sq. m) compared with June 2005. Troitsk Paper Mill (Kaluga region) produced 63% more wet resistant paper (962 tons). Kondrovo Paper Company (Kaluga region) boosted the capacities for health and medical products, considered one of the most promising paper sectors, by 65%.
