Assembly of Rubezhnoye Cardboard&Package mill shareholders

The assembly of shareholders of RKTK has taken place in the beginning of December. Contracts have been authorized and changes are brought in the Charter of a society. The assembly has ratified also the order of distribution of the profit and payment of dividends by results of activity of a society in 2006. On payment of dividends has been solved to direct 22 % from the received profit. Alex Forbs, the representative of international company David S. Smith which is the basic shareholder of open joint-stock company RKTK has taken part in work of assembly.
